Funcom GM caught cybering a player?

It seems that a Funcom GM has been caught in the act of cybering a player that he was meant to be helping with a petition. I've worked as a GM and worked closely with a CSR department in another company and in all honesty I don't know what this GM was expecting to happen, either he wanted to quit and felt that was the best way to go or he was very naive in thinking it would be private.
